Ticket Terms of Use
The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of tickets via third party is not authorized and may be fraudulent. Event reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents. Lost permits will be replaced at a cost of $20.00 per replacement (when physical permits are required).The use of a parking space in any designated parking lot within Tailgaters Parking owned areas are known as (the “Parking Facility”).

Permitted vehicles in all car lots will be restricted to an automobile, minivan or standard size pickup truck. RV’s, Conversion Vans, 10 plus passenger vans, Dual Rear-wheel vehicles, and buses are considered ‘oversized’ and must park in an RV or designated ‘oversized’ vehicle lot. Your vehicle cannot be greater than 18 feet long, 10 feet high and 8 feet wide. Any vehicle larger than the specified dimensions will be required to purchase a space in an ‘oversized’ vehicle parking lot. No exceptions!
Parking spaces for all FL/GA tailgating lots, will be assigned and a physical permit is required (no exception). No vehicle will be allowed to enter the parking facility without a permit. Parking permits are required to be attached to the rearview mirror of each permitted vehicle. Tailgaters Parking may tow away, or cause to be towed away, at the expense of the User, any permitted vehicle parked in a space other than the space designated on the Permit. Tailgating is not allowed in the same space as your vehicle (in any lot other than RV lots). Tailgating spaces will be available to purchase at the time of your season or gameday parking pass purchase. Tailgating spaces are on a first come, first served basis.
All standard size, oversized and RV type vehicles during the Jaguar season may arrive 4 hours prior to the event and must leave 2 hours following the conclusion of the event. This applies to all lots for all Jaguar Football season games, including the RV-First Down Lot. RV’s are required to have a vertical exhaust stack for generators at all times.
Footballs are not allowed to be thrown in any area of the Parking Facility. No sign(s) shall be placed on or near a parking space in any area of the Parking Facility without prior written consent. All trash must be deposited into dumpsters provided by the Parking Facility. PA Amplification Systems are prohibited from all areas of the Parking Facility. Loud or obscene music is prohibited and will not be tolerated in any area of the Parking Facility. Regardless of event or parking lot, all music will be required to end by 10:00 pm for the quiet enjoyment of all users. Fires, open fires, and fire pits are prohibited in all areas of the Parking Facility. Vendors are prohibited in all designated parking areas. All vendors must be approved by Tailgaters Parking and will be subject to additional fees, licensing and insurance.
Property Damage or Personal Injury
You acknowledge that use of the Parking Facility will be at your sole risk without any obligation or responsibility on the part of Tailgaters Parking other than to make the designated parking space available. Neither Tailgaters Parking, nor the owner of the Parking Facility, shall be liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle, or its contents, by reason of fire, theft, collision or other cause, or for death or for injury to you or your guests. Tailgaters Parking assumes no liability for the security of your vehicle, or for the conduct of any other person using the Parking Facility. You agree to indemnify, save harmless Tailgaters Parking, and the owner of the Parking Facility, from and against all loss, damage or injury to any person (including loss of life) or property which may arise or be claimed to have arisen as a result of or in connection with the use of the Parking Facility by you.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from Tailgaters Parking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by Tailgaters Parking or as required by law. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. Tailgaters Parking recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel disruptions
- Inclement weather
- Artist or performer lineup changes
- Venue changes
- etc.
Disputes or Chargebacks
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of Tailgaters Parking including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by Tailgaters Parking, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
